2005年全国微波毫米波会议即将于2005年12月14日至18日在深圳举行，会议在演讲厅旁预留了供工业产品展出展厅。每个展位面积为2m
2，展位费为1万元人民币（四天总共的费用），预定截止时间为2005年10月31日。会议会为每个参展的厂商提供桌椅和电源，以及两个免费注册的名额。如果有足够多的公司来参展，我们将印制一份手册来派发给参展公司。有关展位的详细信息请与会议组织秘书李小姐联系。请您在预定展位的时候，将贵公司的简短介绍（200字以内为宜）发送给李小姐

The conference has reserved an area adjacent to the lecture hall for exhibition of commercial products. Companies are welcome to hire a unit space or more to hold their exhibition throughout the conference (from 14th to 18th Dec 2005). A unit space has an area of 2m
2, and the cost is RMB 10 000 Yuan for four days. For details, please contact Miss Kitty Li, conference administrator here. The deadline for exhibition reservation is 31st Oct 2005. If sufficient number of companies are holding exhibition, an exhibition handbook will be produced and distributed to participants. So please send a brief introduction of your company (not more than 200 words) to Miss Kitty Li when you are reserving your space
